Reverend Linnard Richardson
Reverend Linnard Richardson is a native of Southfield, Michigan. He is a graduate of Southfield-Lathrup Senior High School. Reverend Richardson earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from Virginia State University, Petersburg, Virginia
On December 11, 2011, Reverend Richardson was licensed to preach the Word of God at Shiloh New Site Baptist Church, Stafford, VA. As a son of Shiloh New Site, Rev. Richardson served in the Music Ministry faithfully playing the piano, and in the Christina Education Ministry as a Sunday School instructor. Reverend Richardson has a passion for exhorting the people of God, leading them into praise and worship and teaching them the Word of God and how to apply it to their everyday lives.
On June 2, 2012, Rev. Richardson was ordained as a Reverend at Shiloh New Site Baptist Church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Reverend Larry L. Swanson. Following his ordination, Rev. Richardson continued to serve the congregation through the Music Ministry, teaching Sunday School and providing Bible Study education to the community.

On April 14, 2024, Reverend Richardson was elected as the Assistant Pastor of Shiloh New Site Baptist Church, Stafford, VA. In this role, he will support and assist Senior Pastor Reverend Dr. Gary Carr in guiding Shiloh New Site as the church follows God's direction. Reverend Richardson serves as the Director of Christian Education and Chair, of the Men's Ministry.

Reverend Richardson is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife April have three daughters Endia, Alana and Autumn, and one son Ryan. As a man of God, husband and father, Rev. Richardson models the structure of His family by following God’s example of how the family unit that He had designed and created, should be.
